This page exists to document, for public record and platform review purposes, a copyright dispute involving health and fitness products by Inno Supps and The Clean Supps LLC, and creative works produced by 株式会社未来集団 and Mirai Shudan LLC dba Future Collective.
The information below is provided to assist platforms (including Meta / Facebook / Instagram), legal counsel, and third parties in verifying ownership, usage rights, and infringement when the original advertisements or posts are no longer publicly accessible.

Future Collective is the sole copyright owner of the works listed below.
No copyright transfer, license, or usage rights were granted due to non-payment.
2. Contractual Structure (Two Separate Agreements)
In 2025, Future Collective and Inno Supps entered into two independent contracts, each with separate scopes, payment terms, and usage conditions.
Contract 1 — UGC Production
Scope: Creation of 40 original UGC video assets
Contract value: USD $25,000
Deposit paid: USD $12,500
Outstanding balance: USD $12,500
Future Collective completed all 40 contracted videos and additionally delivered 10 extra videos in good faith.
The remaining balance has not been paid.
Contract 2 — Whitelisting / Paid Advertising
Scope: Creator-based whitelisting for paid advertising
Contract value: USD $10,000
Deposit paid: USD $5,000
Outstanding balance: USD $5,000
This contract required selective execution with specific creators and included explicit restrictions on usage without full payment.
The remaining balance has not been paid.
3. No Offset Permitted
The contracts expressly prohibit offsetting or reallocating payments between agreements.
Despite this, InnoSupps proposed applying the USD $5,000 deposit from the whitelisting contract toward the outstanding balance of the UGC production contract.
This proposal was rejected, as the contracts are separate and do not permit offset or substitution of funds.
Even with a USD $5,000 offset from the whitelisting contract to settle the UGC contract, a balance of $7,500 would still be required.
4. Outstanding Balance
As of the date of this notice:
Contract A outstanding: USD $12,500
Contract B outstanding: USD $5,000
Total unpaid balance: USD $17,500
Until the full balance under both contracts is settled, no usage rights are released.

5. Copyright Status & Usage Rights
Copyright in all delivered materials remains with Future Collective
Usage rights were conditional upon full payment
No license, assignment, or implied consent exists for unpaid use
Partial payment does not authorize paid advertising or commercial exploitation
6. Identified Unauthorized Use
Future Collective has identified at least two instances of unauthorized use involving paid advertisements on Meta platforms.
These uses occurred without valid usage rights and after payment disputes had arisen.

The identified advertisements use copyrighted works owned by Future Collective
InnoSupps lacked authorization to run paid ads using those works
Any such use constitutes copyright infringement
